JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of cases, mostly with small animals, but horses, reindeer, sheep, goats, small rodents, and exotic animals are also welcome to our clinic. You will be an important part of our team, focusing on anesthesia and emergency medicine. We offer a stimulating job with great variety and opportunities for professional development, as well as many enjoyable vacation days.
As a veterinary nurse with us, you will work in a varied everyday life with colleagues who help each other where needed. You will work both in an outpatient setting at the clinic (with your own patients and together with the team) and in anesthesia and emergency care. You will work with hygiene on an overarching level and also fulfill our daily hygiene work by managing laundry, instrument care, and some emergency local cleaning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed veterinary nurse with experience in clinical work. You are an engaged and solution-oriented team player who supports and works for the team's best interests and common goals. You are accommodating and attentive in your interactions with our clients to provide them with a good experience of their contact with us. The conditions of the workday can change rapidly, and you need to be able to make decisions and assess what best supports a good flow in the work.
We are specifically looking for someone with an interest in and knowledge of emergency care and anesthesiology. You have a desire and ambition to help develop our operations. Experience with both small animals and horses is an advantage.
- License as a veterinary nurse
- Driver's license (B)
- Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
